Flexible capacity

There are more than 30 large and small meeting rooms at your disposal. Most of them are connected by sliding doors, which offers a great flexibility with regard to room layout and seating arrangements.

A lobby of about 200 m² offers many exciting possibilities.

The oval centre hall, three Ving halls and our lecture hall are ideal for small-scale exhibitions, product presentations or conferences with 200-400 participants.

Two gyms with a total area of about 2,000 m² with room for up to 900 participants per centre at e.g. a conference or 1,500 party guests in both centres.

All rooms/halls have internet access as well as various kinds of AV equipment, and our technical staff ensures that the AV equipment agreed on is in place when the participants arrive. Moreover, our technicians will be at your disposal during the event or may be called upon at short notice if the technical equipment fails.   Our well-equipped office workshop is at the seminar instructors' and seminar participants' disposal.

The workshop contains PCs with Windows XP Pro and the latest Office pack, laser and inkjet printer, internet access, DVD burner and a separate email address. Moreover, a code protected photo copier is at your disposal.
