Its accessible location in the centre of Denmark makes VINGSTED the obvious choice when many participants from all over Denmark are joining up for an event. Furthermore, the distance to Billund Airport is only 20 km, which makes international participation even easier. We have 30 years of experience in planning and organising meetings, seminars, events and conferences, and this has given us loads of hands-on experience with this - also when it comes to the tiniest of details.
VINGSTED's many rooms of various sizes makes the place ideal for events of every kind. From congresses and parties with up to 1500 guests attending, annual meetings with 900 guests in need of accommodation to seminars, one-day meetings, parties and celebrations, sports and teambuilding events.
We have about 30 large and small meeting rooms, 1 lecture hall, 1 centre hall and 2 gyms, which can be converted into a congress facility or a ballroom. All rooms/facilities are equipped with every modern technical appliances.

The classification as a 4 star conference centre is evident from the interior design of our premises, our service as well as the available AV / IT equipment (use of our technical equipment is, of course, included in the rate). Our technical staff ensures that the AV equipment agreed on is in place when the participants arrive. Moreover, the technicians will be at your disposal during the event or may be called upon at short notice if the technical equipment fails.
Our well-equipped office workshop is at the seminar instructors' and seminar participants' disposal. The workshop contains PCs with Windows XP Pro and the latest Office pack, laser and inkjet printer, internet access, DVD burner and a separate email address. Moreover, a code protected photo copier is at your disposal.
If you have special requirements beyond the hotel's standard services, we have special arrangements with an external partner who is able to offer all sorts of solutions.
